Last week I met up with Tiffany Hensley and went to Carter Lake, which is about 30 minutes from Boulder. Matt Lloyd and his girlfriend met us there on the 70ยบ bluebird day. Carter lake is a reservoir with sandstone boulders on the southeast shore that by some is not considered a great destination. But the sandstone boulders offer some great climbing, and we had the entire playground to ourselves, which is always nice. I brought my new
